Run Week

This week we're going to be focusing on running. A cool thing I like to do is pick a distance for the day and run it. Being that there are 7 days in a week, I like to give each day a distance. Since it's Monday our week will start today and end on Sunday. 

Pick a distance from 1-7 miles and run it. Doesn't matter what day you run what distance on, but what does matter is that you run every day. 

EXAMPLE:

Monday - 3 mile run. 

Tuesday - 5 mile run.

Wednesday - 1 mile run.

Thursday - 7 mile run. 

Friday - 4 mile run. 

Saturday - 6 mile run. 

Sunday - 2 mile run.
