"WOD" 2-16-12

Hey everyone sorry for the break in workouts the past two weeks. We have been working on tons of videos to prepare for our iPhone app launch. Now that we have that organized lets get back to work. 

Today's workout will be 4 exercises done in a 2 count pyramid. Cleans, Push ups / pull-ups, 

dead-lifts. Make sure you warm up for at least 7-10 minutes before starting this workout. 

 

The workout: 2 cleans, 2 push-ups, 2 pull-ups, 2 dead-lifts. Without rest go right in to 4 cleans, 4 push-ups, 4 pull-ups, 4 dead-lifts. Next is 6 cleans, 6 push-ups, 6 pull-ups, 6 dead-lifts. Continue till you get to 12, repeat 12 then go back down to 2.
