In what some people have described as the best surfing event they have ever watched, the 2012 Volcom Pipe Line Pro Men's Contest is all wrapped up. Words can't describe the talent these surfers possess and mother nature gave them some great waves to them make this one hell of a contest.
Nathan Yeomans from the USA scored a 4th place finish for himself earning $5,500 for a score of 7.57
Coming out with a strong third place showing was Kai Barger from Hawaii with a 18.2 points earning himself and extra $6,500. With a score of 19.40 it was unbelievable that Jamie O'Brien also from Hawaii didn't take first. O'Brian took home an $10,000 for a second place showing.
It was John John Florence who took home the gold. With a score of 19.93 Florence was awarded first place and $20,000.
