Are you working out tomorrow?
WOD
warm up: 10 minute jog with 4 x 30second fast intervals mixed in.
Repeat 4-6 sets of:
100 meter sprint
5-30 push ups
50-200 lunges
5-30 push-ups (or chin ups)
50-200 squats
5-10 standing long jumps
light jog cool down and stretch
Don’t rush. Focus on form.
