WOD:
Today's WOD involves swimming!

5 sets:
- Jump in and do 10 pool muscle-ups (Grab onto the pool wall & hang with your arms straight. Without touching the bottom of the pool with your feet, lift your body out of the water into the top of a muscle-up.)
- Swim 50m
- Jump out, 1 min of flutterflies
- 30 sec. of push-ups
