Super-Super Set Workout / "WOD" 1-24-12

Warning this workout is very intense. Most of our workouts do not require equipment, but this particular workout will. You will need battle ropes, a barbell, a kettle-bell and somewhere to do dips and pull ups. 

 

The workout is done in a deciding pyramid starting at 10 and going down to 1. The first super set will be a with an olympic barbell. Make sure you don't get to crazy with the weight all you will need are 25's 35's or 45's on the bar. 

 

Super Set 1: Barbell super-set 

10 bent rows, 10 clean, 10 shoulder presses, 10 squats, 10 stiff legged dead-lifts. 

 

Super Set 2: Functional exersice super-set

10 seconds of battle rope slams, 10 kettle-bell swings, 10 pull ups, 10 dips, 10 push ups, 10 lunges each leg. 

 

Do the following supers sets back to back with a few seconds rest in between each super set, but no rest in between exercises. Do each set in a descending pyramid 10 down to 1. This workout will suck and you will hate me, but it will make you a beast!
