Nothing builds upper body strength like the good old fashion pull up. So for today's "Workout of the Day" all we are going to do is 100 pull up. Sounds easy right? Wrong wait till you get to past your first few sets.
Be sure to do all your pull ups with proper form. If you don't you're only cheating yourself.
Try to get to 100 as fast as you can in as little sets as possible.
*If you did this workout last week try to beat the time it took you to finish all 100 reps.
