Today's workout is going to be done for time. Many of you will need to alter the amount of repetitions, but the goal is to do 1000 pushups in 1 hour. Doesn't matter how your hands are positioned, or how your feet are. You can break it up 250 feet elevated, 250 hands in close, 250 wide, and so on.
The time limit is 1 hour so try to do as many as you can in the first ten minutes before you muscles get to much of a pump. Once you get really pumped its going to be a little harder to keep up the speed of the reps.
Every now and then if you need to throw in a few partials it's ok but try to keep good form through out 99% of them.
