Workout of the Day for 1-10-12

Warm up 5 minute jumping rope 5 minute of light stretching. 

 

Complete the following in as few sets as possible. 

 

100 plyometric jump squats (Rest 1 minute)

100 clapper push ups. (Rest 1 minute)

100 windmills with light weight kettle bell or dumb bell 

 

Cool down 5 minutes of jumping rope followed by 5 minutes of stretching.
