Warm up with a 10 minute jog

 

Do 5 rounds of the following exercise's. Try to beat or keep the same time each round. 

90 Second power jumps with jump rope. 

40 Second Headstand against the wall. 

25 Pushups

15 Burpees

25 Body Weight Squats

30 Flutter Kicks

 

Cool down with a 10 minute jog.
