"Work out of the Day" for 1-4-2012

The workout for 1-4-2012 is a quick fast pace heart pumping work out that will get you in and out of the gym in a hurry. Begin with 5 minutes of shadow boxing or light jogging to get self warmed up followed by a quick 5 minute series of walking static stretches. Then begin!

 

30 seconds of power jumps with jump rope

30 push ups 

29 seconds of power jumps with jump rope 

29 push ups 

28 seconds of power jumps 

28 push ups 

 

Work your way down to 1 second / 1 power jump and 1 push up. Finish with a max set of pull ups then a 3 minute plank for your core.
