The "Workout of the Day" for 1-3-2012 should take about 15-25 minutes. For those of you who are advanced in your training and fitness level add 3 minutes of jump rope in between each round.
Round 1
25 Burpee's
25 Clapper push ups
25 Bodyweight rows
25 Knee to elbow sit ups
Round 2
20 Star jumpers
20 Twisting Sky grab Push ups (10 each side)
20 One arm rows (10 each side)
20 Leg raises with hips off ground and toes pointed to sky.
Round 3
15 Deadlifts
15 Hindu Push ups
15 Close grip pull ups
15 Straight leg sits ups
Round 4
10 One legged squats (5 each side)
10 Shoulder touch push ups (5 each side)
10 Wide grip pull ups
10 Jack knives
Round 5
5 Explosion Squats
5 Headstand push ups
5 Palm out shoulder width pull ups
5 Wind mills each side.
