The Tire Flipping Workout

Tire Flips are a great full body exercise. Most of you by now have seen the fighters or other athletes hitting these big tires with a sledge hammer, or even flipping them over a few times. Well the crew here at BUDDHASPORT.COM and EVERFIT have decided to take things to the next level. HERE WE GO!

Part 1. Roll the tire to the 0 yard line and lay it flat. Do a set of 25 push ups then dead lift and flip it over until you reach the 10 yard line. When you hit the ten yard line drop down and do 25 push ups. Repeat this to the 50 yard line and return back to the end zone. This is done with no breaks. Catch your breath if you feel light headed, but try to blow through this, as quickly as possible.

Take a minute or two break before moving on.

Part 2. 100 push ups in as little reps as possible.

Part 3. 50 yard lunge 50 yard sprint followed by a 50 yard lunge 50 yard sprint back.

Part 4. 2 minute round of core exercises.
