Many of us have very busy schedules with little time to actually prepare meals. Here's a quick and simple recipe that can be done on a regular grill or even a Forman grill/counter top grill. The whole meal should take less then 30 minutes from the time you start 'till the time your can take your first bite. Here's a list of what you'll need.
Ingredients
1/3 cup Dijon mustard
1/4 cup honey
2 tablespoons fat free mayonnaise
1 teaspoon steak sauce
1/2 head of Letuce
1 mango
Directions: Preheat the grill for medium heat. Then in a shallow bowl, mix the mustard, honey, mayo, and steak sauce. Set aside a small amount of the honey mustard sauce for basting, and dip the chicken into the remaining sauce to coat. Lightly oil the grill grate. Grill chicken over indirect heat for 18 to 20 minutes, turning occasionally, or until juices run clear. Baste occasionally with the reserved sauce during the last 10 minutes. Don't forget to keep a little extra sauce for the wraps.
Preparation: While the chicken is cooking start tearing off big pieces of lettuce to use to wrap the chicken up with. Then dice your mango to and add it to a bowl. Once the chicken is cooked slice it in strips. Wrap the chicken in a peace of lettuce add some tomatoes and top with a little of the honey mustard you made and enjoy.
